would you please specify what windows version are you using?

Please note  if indicator cant be loaded to the chart, it's a MT4 licence issue with new windows versions which usually will be fixed with the next MT4 update from Meta Quote. please report it to Service Desk.

But if indicator is attached to the chart and its Not working let me check it over team viewer asap. send me private massage the time.

I have the same problem, i tried to delete it and then download it again but still it is not working correctly it does not give any sort of alert as  before. I had similar problems with all the indicator i have bought from the market but when i deleted them and then downloaded them again all of them are working correctly only this is not working. My Windows version Window 10 pro 10.0.16299

can you see the small button at the top left side of the chart? if yes just move the mouse point on it and you must see the panel.

Guys for anyone having problem with the indicator not working after windows update, the autor kindly help resolve the issue. The fix is actually quite simple, load the indicator as normal, then remove it from the chart and attack it again. This will fix the issue it did for me. Thank you to Payam Khataei for resolving the issue! :)

i have tried the fix described above but it doesnt work i can set indicator on say daily timeframe but if i change timeframes say to 4 hr then back to daily the alert has disappeared can you help please

i seem to have solved my problem above i am using a support and resistance indicator and i was using the lines this generated to set as alarms however they are redrawn after each time change so no alert .if i draw a line over these lines and set alert on them it all works ok
