Can I use this indicator on My desk top PC and my Laptop because I use my desktop while i'm home and my laptop while in the office. I need to know before I do purchase.

Thank you for you download. If indicator is not in the chart indicator list it means its not attached to the chart even if you can see the buttons on the chart. please drag and drop the indicator form your indicator list to the chart again. if you still cant see the indicator in the chart indicator list, there is something wrong with your license you need to make a report to MQL team through your portal. you can download and active the indicator up to 8 times.

Also please update to the last version 4.1, It may appears in your indicator list with different name.

    If I set some lines and select touch alert, then draw Fib lines will the indicator alert when it crosses these fib lines? I have used alert lines before but found they alerted also on any line I draw on the chart like Fib lines which I don't want. I want to draw Fibs and draw an alert line at say 61.8 level and only this will alert

Can this be done with this indicator?

Found the solution - I was not logged in!

So I managed to update but after restarting MT4 I still see the old version.

what action should I take to see the newer one please.

 I have the deviation set to 20... I am assuming this will alert when price is 20 pips away from touching the line?

I have 4 charts set up on a profile.

I set the alerts on one of those charts

While waiting for the alert I move to another profile to chart another currency

the problem I'm having is if an alert is hit while in another profile, I don't get an alert sound, sms nor does the chart that the alert was hit --come to the front on my computer screen.

Is this working correctly? If so, I need to know how to remove smart alert from my platform.

I've tried using MT4 alerts without smart alerts and my mt4 alerts don't work. I get an alert sound but no sms message on my phone.

Smart alerts work only when the profile with that chart is open on the monitor.

Hi, of course while you are changing your profile all indicators and expert advisers will stop working.

Personally I'm trading on 10 symbols and I need 6 time frame of each symbol to be analysed and I used to have the same problem as you have now .But my suggestion is instead if using profile changing for different currencies check this link https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/3768 with this indicator you don't need to change the profile any more and all your indicators and experts works on the back ground. Please refer to the photo attached.

Finally if it didn't help, you can just simply remove the indicator from your chart and hold back space button on your keyboard to remove all buttons.

what I don't understand is MT4 alerts work regardless what profile you're on. If I'm on Gbpusd and I have an alert on Eurusd-- when the level is hit on Eurusd

the alarm still works. Why doesn't yours?

I'd use the MT4 alerts with sms but for some reason the sms only works on your indicator not with the standard MT4 alerts.

I'm assuming the standard MT4 alert sms doesnt' work because its tied into your indicator?

If so, I need to know how to uninstall your indicator so that I can access the standard MT4 sms alert.

Your other solution may work but not sure why I would need that at all when standard MT4 alerts work with profiles.

I just need my MT4 sms messaging to work and am assuming it doesn't work because or your indicator?

It seems a bit odd that your alert indicator can't work on all profiles only on open ones?

The built in MT4 price alert it's not an indicator. All other indicators work only if the chart is open. No indicator can stop your MT4 built in alert from working. If you are not getting any alert probably there is something wrong with your MT4 version. Update or Re install.

To uninstall the indicator just delete its file from mql4\indicator\ folder and restart MT4.
