Would you please send me a private massage and explain what you mean by not working ? How ever I believe the app license might being effected by the windows update. In that case as MQL team implemented the licence on users system you need to re-download the app once again. If you dont want to loos any activation, Service Desk might be able to recover your current license.
I was using the indicator on my laptop but now wish to use it only on my PC. Can I download it on to the pc as i am unable to do so for some reason. Thanks

As per your screen shot you are having another indicator attached to the same chart which might cause the issue. Please test Smart Trend Line on a plain chart without any other indicator and send me private massage for the result.
I have been using this tool for some time, without problems. Recently, however, when I set an alert, it shows as an "Expired Touch Alert," or Expired Break Out Alert." It then does not trigger. I have reloaded the app and sometimes it will work and other times it doesn't. What is happening and how do I fix?

and why is there 2 custom sound file input? What happens when you put 2 sound files? Are you able to do a simple tutorial or youtube demod
Sound files should be copied to your MT4 folder"\MQL4\Sounds. only wav format file can be used. Smart Trend Line has 2 type of sound alert Night and Day mode.

Hi, and thanks for your contact. Your licence is bound to your hardware and as far as I know new licence is not required for new windows key. You have 8 activation licence which you can use but I suggest you to open a Service Desk ticket if you want to use current licence installed and save your activation for future. Licencing all implemented by MQ market place on your PC and we have no access to the list of purchasers or licences.

Hi, bought your indi few days ago, very happy with it, but there is one thing annoying me. As the line selects just by 1 click I get too many accidental clicks on the lines that I don't wanna use as a signal. Could you please add an option to select the line by 1 or double click. Thanx

just bought this GORGEOUS thing... love it but need help tweeking the settings...
i set it to give me alert when touch and via my mobile cos that is the main purpose to receive via mobile. So far it triggered two trendlines and there is sound and blinking but no phone alert. please help with the settings.
1. Do i need to turn on auto trading ?
anything else did i missed ?

Hi, and thanks for your purchase. To receive notification you need to have MT4 mobile on your phone. you can find your MetaQuotes number in you MT4 mobile setting and copy it into notification setting on your MT4 desktop platform
Can you make a version of this indicator for the rectangle as well?
