for some reason my smart trendline stopped working. what do I do? It won't pull up the window to to set it up. I get nothing.

I have had this indicator for several years... use it most days..and with the most recent upgrade there seems to be a few bugs that need fixing urgently...

1. Line disappearing from chart when alerted/triggered

2. Lines not showing on different timeframes when changing

3. Alerts not turning on when clicking lines/or clicking box on lines

4. Indi control boxes not showing on chart

Due to this being a paid indicator could you please look into asap.

Hi, thanks for the feedback .

Problem no 1: happens always or sometimes? 

Problem no 2: in the indicator parameters is "Hide Alert Line on Higher time frames" false? if not set it false and reactive all drawn alert lines.

problem 3: This option is not working at the moment due to a bug in the latest MT4 upgrade. We hope to be fixed with the next MT4 upgrade from Meta Quote. You can use the main panel button to active alert lines at the moment.

problem 4: again  happens always or sometimes? 

Is there other indicators attached to the same chart?

It is only since this last upgrade all the faults with the indicator have occurred.

Hi, please make sure the indicator is running. Open a new chart and attach the indicator, if still having the same issue:

1: Open indicators list by pressing Ctrl+i and check if the indicator is in the list or not.

2: Open your terminal and in the expert tab look for any error from the indicator.

If indicator is not in the Indicator list and there is no any error in the expert tab it could be a licence issue. I can have a look over team viewer to help you faster during London business hours.

No it doesn't work after opening  new chart
