Hi, It's a licence problem please report it trough Service Desk. But mean while try MT4 re-installation and re-download the indicator.

Please be informed as a developer we just upload the indicator to the MQL5 and the rest will be done by MQL portal. If there is any problem with license or download only MQL service desk can fix it.

hi payam....i purchased the smart trend line product as you advised me v.6.1....but i didn't get it ...there no place showing that i can download it from !? what to do....call me or make a missed call and i will call you back
i mean how i can get it and how to active it...there no place showing that i can download it from or detailed instructions
i logged in MQL5 into my account and i saw a message saying the product already purchased...install on the terminal ...and i clicked on that but nothing happened ?

Login throgh your meta trader to your Mql account go to the purchased section and download it there.

i just logged into my account and it is very difficult to find the place to download the indictor from.......i am not familiar with MQL 5 contents page and how to go through it in order to find the purchased option to download the indicator ....... and i can't see any thing showing the purchased option ......the only downloads i see is download a demo . why it complicated process? ...plese assist me

I cannot get the Control Panel Menu to show no matter what I do. I read all of the instructions and watched the videos and cannot get the Control Panel Menu to appear even once. I think I saw it flash at one time but am not sure. What is so good about this new version. I've been using the later version without problems, so at this point, I wish I had the older version. Anyway, the Line Alert button is shown, but if I click on it as shown in the video, nothing happens. I see that I get some kind of gray boxes at the upper left corner, but after clicking on different things on the chart they eventually go away. The gray boxes show something like AB - Alert Both, AC - Alert on Close, AR - Alert on price reached, X - Disable Alert, Select Alert Type for indi, but clicking on anything I just listed only makes the gray boxes go away. The Gray boxes also are in the way of my One Click Trading in the upper left of my Chart. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling which does not correct the problem. Oh, without the Control Panel Menu, I have no way to change my alert type to night or day... What is the problem? Can I download the older version?

When I install the Trend Support Resistance Tool, like I said in the comment before this one, all I get is the LINE ALERT Button which does nothing no matter what circumstances. Before the installation, I made sure that all of the objects were completely cleaned from the chart. Right after installing, there are plenty of objects listed as if the Control Panel Menu is there but not visible. I am providing a picture of the list of objects... P.S. I have no problem with any of my other indicators...

Another Issue: The Web Site for your product, Trend Support Resistance Tool, shows "The product already purchased". I still had activations from a purchase made on 01-03-2016, but do not remember how many Activations I still had because they are no longer shown in my Purchase History Page on my MQL5 Web Site, only that my last purchase was made on 01-03-2016. I do not think that I am somehow downloading the old version because the old version did not have Alert Selection on the Line itself. Again, your product page shows that "The product already purchased" but my Purchase History Page does not show that I have Activations Remaining. What is the problem? And, the Control Panel Menu does not appear no matter what I do. What is the problem with the Control Panel Menu? P.S. I have already wasted 3 Activations trying to see if the download was the problem. Will you please return my Activations onto my Account? MT4 - Build 1010...

OK Payam, I am looking at comments every once in a while. Would you want my phone number. It would be ok, as long as we delete the comment after I give you my phone number... I can edit the comment after I give you the phone number (erase the phone number during edit)...
