Hello,just bought indicator,but nothing happens when i drop indicator,there is no console. Dont know where to start..any sugestions?..
Hi, Just move the mouse courser to the top of the chart the menu will appear. Draw a line and use this menu to choose the alert type.

I have purchased this awesome indicator which was working perfectly and now it's not working at all.
It's no longer in the 'market' tab on my platform and I haven't changed platforms.
Any help would greatly be appreciated. Please let me know if I do need to contact you through email hereafter.

hi i just bought your indicator for the reason that it alert me when i have a breakout above and below my trend because i saw it work on the demo but on the real one i set the indicator for break out alert and its giving me touch alert please help me please

Hi, Can u see a text(Break R Alert) or( Break S Alert) next to the drawn line?
Also remember to active the break out alert at the right timeframe. Ex: If your break out signal is based on 60M timeframe,Active the breakout alert at the same time frame.
I can check the issue with team viewer if you want.

Hi, It takes time till they reply to you.I f they didn't post it again.
Please be informed as a developer we just upload the indicator to the MQL5 and the rest will be done by MQL portal. If there is any problem with license or download only MQL service desk can fix it.
