📂 Quick Guide: Load Setfile Directly via EA (MT5)

  • 1. Download the Setfile
    • Download the .set file from the MQL5 comments section and save it to a location easy to find (e.g., Downloads or Desktop ).
  • 2. Open EA Inputs Menu 
    • Drag the Royal Advanced MT5 EA onto a XAUUSD M5 chart.
    • In the pop-up window, switch to the Inputs tab.
  • 3. Load Directly & Activate
    • Click the Load button on the right side, then navigate to your saved file location (click Downloads or Desktop ).
    • Select the .set file, click Open , and click OK .
    • Go to the Common tab and check Allow Algo Trading . Turn the AlgoTrading button in the top toolbar Green.
Note: If you re-attach the EA to a new chart, you must repeat Steps 3 & 4 because MT5 will automatically reset the settings to the factory default values.

  • UseCompounding (Default: true ): Dynamic lot allocation system. When active, it automatically scales risk dynamically (e.g., 0.01 Lot per $1,000 of account balance).
  • AtrPeriod (Default: 14 ): Indicator period for calculating Daily ATR volatility.
  • AtrMultiplierSL (Default: 1.0 ): Volatility multiplier defining the Stop Loss distance.
  • AtrMultiplierTP (Default: 2.0 ): Volatility multiplier defining the Take Profit target.
  • MaxSpreadPips (Default: 20 ): Maximum allowed spread in pips to prevent entries during toxic slippage or news gaps.
