Squinting at the price scale and dividing in your head. Every trader has done it, and every trader knows it's slow, it breaks your focus, and it's a chore your chart should be doing for you.
So let it. Percent Price Move does the work.
Click a point. Click another. That's it. The exact percentage change, the pips and the price difference appear on your chart, with a clean line that turns green when price is up and red when it's down, and the % printed right on it.
Now here's where it gets good.
Switch to "Start to Current Price" and the number keeps moving with the market. Pick a swing low, a breakout level, the session open, the candle before the news, and you always know how far price has traveled since.
-----HOW TO USE IT (30 seconds)-----
1. Attach the indicator to any chart.
2. Press "1 Set Start & End" and click your two points on the chart. You get a fixed measurement of that move.
Or press "2 Start to Current Price" and click your start point. You get a live reading that follows the market.
3. Read the result on the panel and on the chart. Done.
Want it exact? Type a price and a date/time (format: YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM) into the Start or End boxes and press Apply. The Reset button clears everything for the next measurement.
