Where Is StopOut

FT WISO — Where Is Stop-Out?

FT WISO is a free MT5 planning utility that visualizes estimated Stop-Out price levels before entering a trade.

Move the orange START line to any price on the chart. The indicator instantly draws estimated Stop-Out levels for the selected leverage values:

  • Blue levels below START for long scenarios

  • Red levels above START for short scenarios

  • Clear labels with leverage, price distance in percent, and distance in points

FT WISO is designed for traders who want to quickly assess how close a full-margin trade could be to Stop-Out before placing an order.

Key features

  • Draggable START reference line

  • Multiple leverage scenarios from one input list

  • Custom Stop-Out level

  • Long and short Stop-Out levels shown directly on the chart

  • Optional current or fixed spread adjustment for long levels

  • Toggle long levels, short levels, and level labels independently

  • English interface and input descriptions

  • Does not open, modify, or close any trades

How to use

  1. Attach FT WISO to a chart.

  2. Set your broker’s Stop-Out level. For example, 0.5 means 50%.

  3. Enter the leverage values you want to compare, separated by semicolons. Example: 100;50;30;20;10;5;2.

  4. Drag the START line to your intended reference or entry price.

  5. Review the displayed long and short Stop-Out levels.

Input parameters

  • Leverages — Leverage values separated by semicolons.

  • Stop-Out level — Broker Stop-Out level expressed as a decimal value. Example: 0.5 = 50%.

  • Show long levels — Shows or hides blue long levels below START.

  • Show short levels — Shows or hides red short levels above START.

  • Show level labels — Shows or hides leverage, percentage, and points-distance labels.

  • Long-line spread — Choose whether long levels use no spread adjustment, current live spread, or a fixed spread.

  • Fixed long spread (points) — Used when fixed spread mode is selected.

Important notice

FT WISO provides an estimated planning model. Its calculation assumes a single hypothetical position using full margin. It does not account for every broker-specific margin rule, multiple positions, hedging, commissions, swaps, slippage, dynamic leverage, or all symbol-specific contract conditions.

Always verify margin requirements and Stop-Out rules with your broker. FT WISO is an educational and decision-support tool only and does not provide financial advice.
