Buyers Beware!!!! The backtest exhibits lookahead bias. It sets a bigger profit target on exactly the trades that are about to work, and nothing in the price history predicts which those are. I trained a model on the same data the EA has and it couldn't reproduce that call at all — meaning the EA is grading its trades on information that doesn't exist yet at the moment it places them. I then rebuilt its decisions from price history alone. My rebuild copies its trades about two-thirds of the time and is right about the market 50% of the time — a coin flip. The entire apparent edge sits in the part that can't be computed from the chart, which means it can't be computed live either. Whether that's a defect or deliberate I can't say, and it doesn't matter much: either way the backtest is not evidence of future performance.
