VelocityPressure EA — Trading Where Other Bots Go Blind
Most Expert Advisors are built on the same recycled toolkit: RSI crossovers, MACD divergences, dual moving average signals. The market has learned to front-run them.
VelocityPressure EA takes a different approach. It reads three things most algorithms ignore: the speed of price movement, real buying and selling pressure encoded inside each candle, and a dynamic trend structure that adapts to live volatility. A trade only opens when all three factors align simultaneously — no marginal entries, no noise.
How It Works
Price Velocity — the EA measures how fast price is moving relative to current market volatility. Not simply whether price rose or fell, but at what speed and with what force. Slow, directionless drift is filtered out automatically.
Candle Pressure — analysis of the ratio between bullish and bearish candle bodies over recent bars. When the market is uncertain and indecisive, the EA stays flat. It only acts when one side clearly dominates the other.
ATR Trend Filter — trend direction is determined via a dynamic median price line over 50 bars combined with an ATR-based flat-market cutoff filter. No lagging moving average crossovers. No false trend signals in sideways conditions.
Capital Management
The EA calculates position size automatically based on your account balance. You set the risk percentage per trade — it does the math. Stop Loss and Take Profit levels adapt in real time to each symbol's actual volatility via ATR multipliers, so the EA behaves consistently across all pairs without manual recalibration. A built-in trailing stop locks in profit as the trend continues.
A hard drawdown protection layer monitors the account at all times. If losses reach the configured threshold, all positions are closed and trading halts — protecting the account from catastrophic drawdown.
