In the above setting 0.01 lot for every $40 with maximum open orders of 5. So if you have $1000 recommended settings are 0.07 lot size with hedge lot of 0.10. If you want to test the EA in strategy tester, you need to test it in at least 3 different pairs simultaneously to get a better results. There are some functions in EA that is not running during testing because of limited resources in strategy tester and only available during live trading that is why there is big difference in performance in testing than live trading.
