TAB 5 — RISK SENTINEL
Risk Sentinel is the EA’s local rule-based protection engine.
It calculates a risk score from 0 to 100 and monitors multiple protection layers.
Protection layers include:
1. Daily Loss Guard
Blocks trading when the configured daily loss limit is reached.
2. Maximum Drawdown Guard
Detects maximum drawdown violations and can trigger protection.
3. Stop Loss Requirement
Blocks trades without stop loss when enabled.
4. Max Trades Per Day
Limits the number of trades allowed per day.
5. Consecutive Loss Guard
Blocks trading after the configured number of consecutive losses.
6. News Protection Guard
Blocks new entries during the configured news window.
7. Combined Open Risk Guard
Monitors total open risk across positions and blocks new trades if the cap would be exceeded.
8. Margin Usage Guard
Monitors margin usage and blocks new trades if the cap would be exceeded.
9. Weekend Guard
Blocks new trades and can cancel pending orders or close positions before the weekend restriction period.
10. Rollover Guard
Blocks new trades and can cancel pending orders or close positions during the configured rollover period.
Risk score is calculated locally inside the terminal. No cloud risk engine is required.
