Bneu Prop Firm Pass System is a professional risk management and account protection utility for MetaTrader 5. Attach to any chart and configure your account rules.
The system monitors daily loss, maximum drawdown, profit target, trading days, open risk, margin usage, news events, pending orders, weekend restrictions, and rollover restrictions from one dashboard. It includes a 5-tab premium dashboard, prop firm presets, custom rules, Risk Sentinel, news filter, pending-order protection, Session Guard, visual trade manager, adaptive money management, simulator mode, Telegram alerts, and Account-Wide Safety Sentinel.
v2.35 adds five critical fixes based on customer testing. Custom drawdown mode input now applies correctly with input winning over persisted state. Session Guard now runs from timer as backup, no longer dependent only on ticks. State file locking prevents interleaving writes from multiple terminals. Multiple terminals limitation is documented. Init logging now displays all persisted settings including DD mode, daily baseline, starting balance, HWM, and day start values.
The Account-Wide Safety Sentinel closes ALL positions regardless of magic number, cancels ALL pending orders regardless of origin, activates persistent lockdown that survives MT5 restart, kills new positions on re-entry during lockdown, and prevents Grid or Martingale EAs from rebuilding exposure. Lockdown is manual-reset only. PRIMARY and WATCHER architecture supports multiple EA instances with only PRIMARY executing emergency actions. All safety state persists through restarts including starting balance, high-water mark, daily baseline, and lockdown state.
Three drawdown modes available. Static Initial Balance, Trailing Equity High-Water Mark, and Trailing to Initial Balance Then Frozen. Mode automatically resolved from firm preset. Custom preset allows user selection. 80 percent safety buffer triggers emergency before official limit.
Volume cap limits total volume per symbol across all EAs and manual trades. Counts pending orders toward cap. Closes or cancels newest first. Account-wide cap available. Two modes supported. Lot-based mode uses fixed volume limits. Risk-based mode uses account percentage with ATR-based per-symbol calculation automatically adjusting for instrument volatility and account size. Duplicate filter detects identical orders by symbol, direction, volume within tolerance, and price within tolerance. Configurable time window. Optional magic ignore for multi-EA accounts. Keeps first, cancels or closes rest. Daily-loss baseline selectable between equity at day start, balance at day start, or higher of the two. Reset hour and minute configurable.
Dashboard displays challenge rules progress, balance, equity, open positions, open risk, margin usage, days remaining, status, and safety state. Trade tab includes risk calculator with percent and fixed modes, editable lot size, SL, TP, RR control, buy and sell buttons, and quick actions. News tab uses MT5 calendar with configurable windows, impact filters, and pending cancellation. Continuous sweep option throughout news window. Magic exclusion list protects hedged structures. Simulator tab provides practice mode. Risk Sentinel tab calculates risk score 0 to 100 monitoring daily loss, drawdown, SL requirement, max trades, consecutive losses, news, open risk, margin, weekend, and rollover.
Session Guard handles weekend close with configurable day, hour, minute. Rollover guard with configurable start and duration. Automatic pending cancellation and optional position closing. Timer backup ensures reliable activation. Combined risk cap monitors open risk with 3 percent default and margin usage with 70 percent default. Visual trade manager includes draggable SL and TP lines with estimated PnL display. Adaptive money management includes breakeven, trailing stop, scale-out, time decay, and max adverse excursion.
Prop firm presets included. FTMO Phase 1, FTMO Phase 2, MyForexFunds, The5ers, FundedNext, Custom. Each configures profit target, daily loss, max drawdown, min days, max days, weekend holding, and drawdown mode. Alerts support sound, email, push, Telegram for trades, violations, targets, news, daily summaries, and lockdown events.
Preventive guards include news pending cancellation, Session Guard cancellation, Risk Sentinel block, SL requirement, combined risk cap block, volume cap, and duplicate filter. Reactive guards include emergency lockdown, emergency close, pending cancellation, re-entry killing, equity trigger, and daily loss trigger.
