CORE MECHANISM

1. Entry Signal Generation

The EA monitors two separate timeframes simultaneously for trade confirmation. Entry signals are generated only when both timeframes align perfectly, ensuring high-probability trade setups.

BUY Conditions:

• Price approaches a key dynamic support level on the lower timeframe

• The higher timeframe confirms the same condition

• Both timeframes must agree before any entry is executed

SELL Conditions:

• Price approaches a key dynamic resistance level on the lower timeframe

• The higher timeframe provides concurrent confirmation

• Dual alignment ensures filtered, high-quality signals

As visible in your chart (red-circled area at bottom right):

• Price touched the lower reference level

• EA executed a BUY entry immediately upon dual confirmation

2. Adaptive Hedge Protection

The EA incorporates an automatic hedge system that activates when positions move against the market:

• When a SELL position experiences adverse movement of 200 pips, a BUY hedge is automatically opened

• When a BUY position experiences adverse movement of 200 pips, a SELL hedge is automatically opened

This hedge mechanism:

• Limits maximum drawdown per position

• Provides breathing room for the original trade

• Creates opportunities to recover losses

3. Hedge Release Logic

The hedge system intelligently closes positions when:

• A hedge is active and a new directional signal appears matching the original trade direction

• The equity change reaches the target threshold (600 pips from hedge opening)

This ensures hedges are not held longer than necessary and capital remains efficient.

4. Entry Frequency Management

The EA implements a cooldown mechanism:

• Maximum 1 trade per minute

• Prevents overtrading during volatile conditions

• Ensures disciplined, spaced entries
