📊 How to Read the Signals
The indicator analyzes the relationship between SMA 20 (Structure) and WMA 5 High/Low (Momentum) to classify the market into 4 Regimes:
- BLUE (BULLISH)
Meaning: Strong uptrend momentum. The probability of trend continuation is high. - RED (BEARISH)
Meaning: Strong downtrend momentum. Selling pressure is dominant. - CYAN (BULL TRAP)
Meaning: False Breakout Alert. Price tries to go up, but the structure is dragging behind. High risk of reversal. - GOLD (BEAR TRAP)
Meaning: False Breakdown Alert. Price tries to drop, but the structure remains bullish.
