Calculation Logic
The indicator is based on two main components:
- RSI (Relative Strength Index)
- Simple Moving Average (SMA) applied to RSI
Signals are derived as follows:
- Bullish Signal: RSI crosses above its SMA
- Bearish Signal: RSI crosses below its SMA
All calculations are based on closed candles to ensure stable and non-repainting signals.
Visual Features
- RSI line with dynamic color:
- Green when RSI is above SMA
- Red when RSI is below SMA
- SMA line for smoothing RSI behavior
- Horizontal levels:
- Overbought level (default 70)
- Middle level (50)
- Oversold level (default 30)
