Step 1: Create Your Telegram Bot

1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather (the official Telegram bot creator).
2. Send the message /newbot and follow the instructions to choose a name and username for your bot.
3. BotFather will give you an API Token (e.g., 123456:ABC-DEF...). Save this securely!

Step 2: Get Your Private Admin Chat ID

1. Search for @userinfobot or @RawDataBot in Telegram and click Start.
2. It will instantly reply with your personal Id (a number like 123456789).
3. This is your InpChatID. You will use this to send commands to the bot and receive interactive control buttons.

Step 3: Setup a Public Channel (Optional)

1. Create a new Telegram Channel (Public or Private) for your subscribers or signal receivers.
2. Go to your Channel Settings > Administrators and add your newly created Bot as an Admin. It MUST have permission to "Post Messages".
3. To get the Channel ID, forward any message from your channel to @userinfobot. It will return the ID (Channel IDs always start with a minus and 100, e.g., -1001234567890). This is your InpReportChatID.
