🤖 INTELLIGENT TRADING SIGNAL SYSTEM

## OVERVIEW

This signal generator is an intelligent, fully automated trading system that monitors

market conditions, analyzes price action across multiple timeframes, and generates

actionable trading signals in real-time. Currently combines **Google Gemini AI** for

primary trading decisions with **local Ollama AI** for parallel independent predictions

and prediction reuse.

## HOW IT WORKS

**Multi-Timeframe Analysis**

The system captures candlestick data across five timeframes (hourly, 4-hourly, daily,

weekly, monthly) for each currency pair, combined with technical indicators (RSI, moving

averages) on all levels.

**AI-Powered Decisions**

Complete market data is analyzed by the AI model for pattern recognition. The AI evaluates

price formations, technical metrics, and historical relationships to generate probability-

weighted predictions: confidence levels for buying, selling, or holding. The main flow

first reuses fresh Ollama predictions from the current hour and falls back to Gemini when

no valid local prediction is available.

**Smart Filtering, Execution, and Safety**

Weak, low-conviction signals are automatically filtered out. Continuous margin monitoring

controls when the trading flow is allowed to start. Final trade size always comes from the

Gemini final decision, while take-profit is applied only on each configured N-th trade.

Trading is paused during restricted hours (23:00-23:30 CET/CEST). The system also runs an

hourly loss-cleanup strategy that can close one older losing position only when the daily

clean profit budget allows it; this cleanup can run in safe `dry-run` mode for testing.
