Is it possible to create an EA that would be compiled on one chart along side chart open with trading EA's applied, that would monitor the account balance permenantly and turn off trading EA's (or similar) IF the account DD hits x%. Possible or not

I have 3 mql VPS but 2 have disappeared from my metatrader plaform. One VPS still showing as normal. I have tried changing server on mqp5.com (my hosting), but no change. still cannot see VPS. Any ideas

Just been informed 2 weeks late on change to symbols used for trading by icmarkets. ie; eurusd to now eurusd.a    I have to change EA code to reflect this.  correct?  I am not a coder, so just checked code to amend myself. 

Not happened before and can see no reason in journal why platform keeps being stopped.  running 32 charts on VPS with EA's.  not even had a trade open, so no reason to stop. message in journal:  2021.08.03 18:29:55.346 MQL4 Market

No VPS connection over the weekend?   Is there any servicing going on? I have 3 icmarkets demo accounts .  cannot log in  to either VPS (x3) or some issue with icmarkets. Cannot analyse trades. Never usually a problem. thanks

how many charts can mt4/mt5 run effectively? What is the maximum of charts /  EA's one platform can handle effectively and what size VPS (RAM) would be required? thanks, Mark
