Portfolio of robots (part 1): Statistical properties of price distributions for different timeframes and multiple symbols

I want to build a portfolio of robots (Expert Advisers) for trading various intraday strategies on Forex and Binary Option platforms. This is the sub-project #1 of a bigger project (see my other posts)

Strategy #A:

• The EA should calculate statistical properties of price distributions such as Mean, Standard Deviation (SD), Kurtosis, and Skewness for different time periods (e.g., days, hours, minutes, seconds)
• The EA should allow to perform different operations (e.g., summation, multiplication, division) of the above statistical properties on different timeframes for multiple symbols. For example, it should be able to divide daily SD of EURUSD for 10 days by hourly SD of GBPUSD for 240 hours.
• Buy and Sell signals are generated when results of the operations exceed a particular threshold
• The EA should support three types of position openings:

§  Using standard StopLoss and TakeProfit values

§  Using Trailing Stop

§  Using a binary option framework with a predefined time expiration

• Parameters for statistical properties, periods, symbols, thresholds and position details should be read from an external file

Additional requirements:

• The EA should be able to read external data for testing (ASCII file)
• I am looking for someone who will explain me in details each line of code. I have some experience with scripting and writing strategies in EFS ESignal language. I want to learn MQL, so that I can modify and maintain the EA myself eventually.
• Also, successful experience with developing profitable strategies for real-money (not demo) accounts is highly desirable.
