Tengo una estrategia en BTC / USD que requiere spread y comisiones ultrabajas en criptomonedas, así que he optado por replicar mi estrategia de un mt4 a la api de binance.

Si en MT4 la estrategia abre una COMPRA, también debes abrir una compra en binance a través de su api, si esta operación se cierra en MT4 también debería cerrarse automáticamente en binance, esto podría ser directamente en futuros de binance BTC / USDT o binance spot mercado.
