its possible if i change the rsi 14 to rsi 5, and why it doenst make the entry even the price alredy hit the 70 and 30 level..i hv folllow all the setting provided.

Hi Siti

Just downloaded your file for the EA (rsi_ea.mq4 ) and then I did the following:

Since download - save the file

Open MT4 platform.

At the menu bar, click File > Open Data Folder

Double click the ‘MQL4’ folder and then open the ‘Experts’ folder

Go back to where your   EA (rsi_ea.mq4 ) is downloaded  and drag it into the open ‘Experts’ Folder

Once done, MetaTrader 4 platform was restarted and the EA did appear in the ‘Navigator’ panel

 

When I did the run on Strategy Tester menu, I was surprised - there were no results of this back-testing window (see the screenshots).

set close by signal = false;

let the stoploss works for it

This error is :

134

ERR_NOT_ENOUGH_MONEY

Not enough money

So you are probably using too high lot size.

Could I manually open trades and use this EA to automatically close them? Would setting openbuy and opensell to false do the trick or would it be more complicated than that?
