I tried to register as a seller - there was an error that the number is already in use.

I wrote to support and waited a month for a reply! After that they just reset the registration process and a message appeared that in the security section I have to specify the phone number, which I cannot use until now, because it is present in the database apparently. Now I can't write to support either.

 
I paid for it, but I can't get a signal.

What does this have to do with MQL5.com? If you deposited money through a broker, you should address such questions to the broker.

You can't, they only deal with thermal cash and service and have no access to brokers' accounts, nor can they influence them.
 
s withdraw my funds and close my account but I see nothing that allows that. I’m one location here I read only monies earned can be withdrawn but surely that’s not the case. This company is holding my $11,500 and is not providing a step by step process to withdraw all my funds and close the case. When I do get that far, it shows I have no money in my account!
