Retry. If it still doesn't work, you will have to write to ServiceDesk.
 
How can I see my new friend requests? There are a lot of requests, it is not clear who has been asked for a long time and who has been asked recently

The most recent requests should be at the top of the list.

I've noticed that the list of friends changes all the time - like a pack of cards - the one who last visited mql5.communiti is always on the top.
