Unable to purchase or automatically renew MQL5 VPS - "Subscription issue"

I am unable to purchase or automatically renew my MQL5 VPS subscription.

On 5 November 2026, there were repeated USD 15 payment entries for one month on VPS Singapore 11. Each was followed by a USD 15 entry labeled "Subscription issue", and I still cannot complete the purchase or renewal. My account balance shown on the Operations page is USD 15.

The Operations page shows these entries:
- Payment 17144088 -> "Subscription issue" 17144091
- Payment 17144092 -> "Subscription issue" 17144096
- Payment 17144110 -> "Subscription issue" 17144122

Could the MQL5 team please investigate why purchasing and automatic renewal are failing and advise how I can successfully activate or renew the VPS? Please let me know if any additional details are needed.

As the subscription/purchasing is usually made by directly from Metatrader so check the Metatrader journal for ppossible errors ("insufficient funds" or any), and check the subscription/purchasing procedure about it (just iin case you missed something for example):
