VPS Not Working

Hey Guys, 

Just noticed that my VPS has not been working/updating for the last week or 2. Has been fully working and functional since I purchased it through MQL5. My subscription is still active and is running into July 15 (auto renewals) so there shouldn't be any issues with that.

For some reason, it's not able to find a connection, the logs show that's its unable to connect and give an error message and just nothing seems to be working as shown in the pictures below. Also attaching a file of the loggs to show. 

Any idea why this is and how to fix it?

Based on your pic, could it be that you're not signed into your mql5.com account?

 

Is it about MQL5 VPS? 
or it is about some external VPS?

Because error 1001 is mostly related to your computer. There is one thread with some proposal about how to fix:
The VPS can't connect to MQL5.com (again)

You can check MQL5 VPS logs -

For example, if I use my home computer with Windows 10 64-bit to subscribe to MQL5 VPS so I will not have any problem to with it.
So, you can install Metatrader on the other computer, connect it to your trading account and check MQL5 VPS logs.
