MQL5 VPS auto-renew failed despite sufficient balance — VPS lost and payment unavailable

Hello,

I need help escalating an urgent MQL5 VPS/payment issue.

My MQL5 account balance shows 40.00 USD. My MetaTrader VPS still had around 1 day remaining, and automatic renewal was enabled. The VPS Basic plan costs only 15 USD/month.

However, the VPS was not renewed automatically and the VPS environment was lost/cancelled. Because of this, my Expert Advisor, bot setup, and EA input settings were not preserved.

When I try to rent/pay for the VPS again, I get this error:

“Payment failed”
“Error details: Operation is unavailable.”

In the payment/withdrawal section, I also see:

“Withdrawal unavailable: financial operations are limited.”

I have already tried the MQL5 Helper chat, but it did not solve the issue.

Could any moderator/admin please advise how to contact the correct MQL5 payment/VPS support team or escalate this case? I need to understand why auto-renew failed despite sufficient balance and whether my VPS environment/settings can be restored.

It is for the service desk: look at the bottom of this page for "Contacts and requests", and try to bypass the chatbot to create a ticket to the service desk.
 
As Sergey already suggested, try to answer the Service Desk bot's questions in a logical manner, stating that you have a 'financial operations' limitation in your MQL5 account.
