Because (here) are the foum users (and public forum moderators) so go to the service desk and ask them for advice (in case you want to buy "anything" from "anyone" just because you have a lot of money).
About my personal experience - I am posting it all the time on the forum during the many many years

I explained my opinion about the Market on post #10 - I am buying the Market products from very active users on this forum (who are very well-known on the forum by posts and threads for the long time).

But if you can not prove it and you lie about it -
if you lie so you are the scammer ... but why we all will deal with it?
The sellers are totally and fully validated (and it is possible to find them in their countries) ... but you ... nothing ... no one can find you ...

Go to the service desk and explain them everything in technical evidences for example.
Sellers might be validated but i can prove that <removed by moderator> for instance from well known <removed by moderator> blocks certain dates so backtests avoid several disasters and final results looks better than they really are...
Don´t believe it? I can assure you i´m not the only one saying this.
And is not the only one, there are several others doing the same, or sometimes even worse than that.
