Since most EAs have history reader, who should i contact at MQL5 to complain about the state of this marketplace ?
It is so easy to prove that many EAs (I really mean many - contact me for the names) have ways to cheat backtests.
Most of them cheat a simple backtest fully, some of them cheat a backtests moderatly to heavily.
A simple statistical analysis can reveal if the EA is cheating as at a certain date the entire statistical character of an EAs does change - if there is a cheat.
You can contact with the service desk with your technical proofs/evidences - because the names are not enough - it is necessary to have the technical proofs.

You are experience user here so you know that email for the service desk does not exist.
You can look at the bottom of this page for "Contacts and requests", and try to bypass the chatbot to create a ticket to the service desk.

Not, statistical analysis is not ok. Because you are not testing the source codes.
Technical proofs are the following:
- you technically tell to the service desk that some sellers are scammers ...
- if your proofs are not enoigh for that so - you are the scammer telling the lie.

The sellers are totally and fully validated (and it is possible to find them in their countries) ... but you ... nothing ... no one can find you ...

It should be proven - for every seller.
Backtest ( compare with live/real trading) are not the proof (because the performance of many EAs are different durung the backtest vs the live/real trading, and it is well know situation related to the quotes, open trades on open/close/high/low of the bar and testing with real ticks for example.
You should have solid proofs.
About my personal experience - I am posting it all the time on the forum during the many many years

- If you bought the product from your friend or from your relative or from very active users on this forum so you can fix anything related with the sellers who are responsible about what they are selling (and because you both know each other for the long time).
- But if you bought something from "anyone" just because you have a lot of money so - sorry:
it is your risk, and this risk can not be turned to anyone else.

There is one rule which some people follow:
subscribe to the signal or create an order in Freelance or purchase the product from the user/seller/coder/provider you know in person or you know by activity on the forum.
Because if you purchased something so I may ask:
"Do you know the seller in person, or you are familiar with him on this forum?"
If you say: "Not" so it will be very strange case for me ...

There are a lot of professional and honest users/coders on the forum, and some of them are very active on this forum helping to the other people and replying on the forum posts/requests.
Always choose the person you know in this forum (who is very active here), and you will have less problems with anything.

Hence - Since a lot of EAs have history reader or some sort of other cheat (not talking about AI models), who should i contact at MQL5 to complain about the state of this marketplace ?
And I want to know why this place is not policed properly ? Who is at fault ?
We are thousands of users spending really big bucks on this market and someone is making lots of money from fake EAs fake .. How is that allowed ?
Please give me ideas .. or if you are from MQL 5 do contact me for a serious conversation.
