We don't allow to mention publicly Products or Sellers in the forum. It would lead to a "war" of sellers and theirs supporters.
If you think a seller is cheating, the first thing to do it to prove it, with strong evidence, I am not sure it's that "easy".
Once you have these evidences you can contact MetaQuotes ServiceDesk, you will have to that by yourself, NOT on the forum.
Now make an effort and explain this to me once more : You guys are running a market. This market should have rules. You guys don't guys dont vet the code .. do you ? I guess not given the many cheats.
So if you dont vet the code then who does ? No one ?
So tell me - how do you vet the vendors if you dont check their code ?

You do not need the code. If the EA forbids to terst on a custom symbol, it is cheating AND is violating the market rules. (can not restrict a product).
You need the custom symbol to shift the dates in order for the EA to trade in the cencored periods. If the result is not the same, this is evidence of manipulating through history. And yes, there are such EA in the top list at the market.
If MQ will do anything i hoighly doubt. There is a conflcit of interrest. One of the top serllers with EA's in the top list is doing this for years of which i have no doubt this has been reported.

So you guys a redirecting me to a closed door and all you guys say is - try to bypass the bot ? Well tell me how. That should NOT be difficult right ?

Let me be very honest, the bot is there for a reason : to protect the Service Desk from being flooded with repeating or illegitimate requests. (This is my opinion, nothing official).
If someone can't find his way to fill a ticket, maybe he should not. Nobody is allowed to explain publicly how to cheat with the bot.

To be completely honest Alain: nobody is allowed to explain how to get past the support bot, yet the only way to reach someone at MQL5 seems to be to find a way around it.
That tells me contacting MQL5 is a real problem, and it looks as if the system is designed to make sure no one ever gets to speak to a person.

Oh yes it's THAT easy and you can do it with Claude too. Any statistical analysis will blow away lies in the backtest.

i think you are an idiot. i chatted to them yesterday after only 1 day waiting -- after i clicked financial issue button on the chat bot.
Actually I have managed to chat with them directly - the moderators, not anyone else note - but thanks for your really thoughtful and colorful qualification :) I feel a great sense of maturity emerging for you :)
