try the update option in help menu. i imagine it would be a beta you would be updating to. but try the release version option first.

I solved it, i simply right-clicked on the MT4 dessktop shortcut and 'run as Admin' : it just updated auto. ))

FYI : update option is for MT5 only

yes it is updated

quickest way to do is : right click on desktop shortcut and ''run as admin'', it ll update auto

running as admin might break your activations. 

and yeah, sorry, you are correct. But i too had to add admin tick to the shortcut to force the update to install. but i also confirmed that the update had downloaded in previoiusly without admin tick. but it would not install until i ran as admin.

@Alain Verleyen will this cause me to use another activation with my marketplace products?

i think the run-as-admin auto-de-activate on its own, it is just at inception...it seems OK for now, will tell you if i get glitches

Don't do it. Build 1491 is awful. Most codes I wrote can't properly run even after recompile. The problem goes away after I roll it back to build 1471.

next time read more than just the last few msgs in a thread. update 1492 has been reportedly fixed the issues. i see all my indicators again.
