I purchased an EA a few days ago and it worked fine. I clicked the "update" button for an updated version today but nothing happened. When I deleted the EA and tried to install again. The "install" button didn't work either. The Journal tab shows "failed download product 'EA name' [403]". I reinstalled my MT5 terminal and the same issue still exist. Can someone please tell me what I should do?
The EA is still there up and running. I've contacted the EA seller and he asked me if I used any VPS which I didn't. He suggested I contact the service desk. I only used one activation. After I deleted the MT5 EA, it shows I used none and still have 10 activations left on my purchase page.

I suspect that my IP or account got banned by MQL5 website somehow. I really can't think of any other reason.

If that is the case, log into into your internet modem/router firmware, go to advanced settings, and check your IP address lease status. Unless you subscribe to a fixed IP address, it is likely a dynamic IP address. Write down your current IP address on scrap paper. For a dynamic IP address, the default lease expiration time period is usually 2 days or so. Reset it to 5 minutes, save the setting, kill the power to your modem/router for 6 minutes, and then power it back up. After doing so, you should have a newly assigned dynamic IP address. Verify that by comparing the new address to your hand written note.
As a potential caveat, I'm not so sure how you would be logged into this mql5.com Forum if your IP address were banned.
