Can't contact Service Desk to request account deletion

Hello. I'm trying to close my account. So I asked the chatbot and it said
"To delete your MQL5 account, please contact Service Desk from your profile or from the Contacts page - https://www.mql5.com/en/contact (choose any subject)"
So I tried to contact Service Desk, but it said
You can create up to 3 requests per day. Please log in or use one of the previously created requests.
While I didn't create any request
Is there any other way to delete MQL5 account?
