Why is there a ban on top my mql5 profile

Looks like you are having multiple profiles (not allowed).

For more details can read Violation of Terms and Conditions — 12.13. The User shall use only one unique MQL5 ID on the www.mql5.com website — https://www.mql5.com/en/ about/terms

It may be "fake ban (means: you IP became the banned IP because most of us are having internet with dynamic IP from internet provider).
If it is "fake ban by IP" so you can do the following:  restart your router together with your computer (switch your router off, and after 1 or 2 minutes - switch it to be on), your IP will be changed from "already banned IP" to the normal one.

This might be it because sometimes the ban appears and other times it doesn't.

This might be it because you can make the posts on the forum.
Real ban is the following: you can not make any post on the forum by using your home PC with any IP or by using VPS or proxi or any.
