Thank you very much.

I shall give it a go in the morning. Midnight here, don't think my brain is in gear for that right now. Fingers Crossed

I have the same issue — after updating the app, all notifications from both my desktop and my phone stopped working

oh, you dont have mt5 desktop, how do you send push notification ! I am curious :-|

Yes, I have never needed to run my Mt5 Desktop. And still get all Trade Notifications

I dont think i am the only one here who doesnt need to have the Mt5 Desktop running to receive Mobile Notifications?

I think that the point is that you have to, at least, set up mobile notifications in MT5 Desktop. Else, how would you enable them?

Yes i have setup from the onset.

And I have actually been receiving Mobile Notifications without having to perpetually run my Desktop Mt5

But anphamnhat mentioned that he uses VPS to run Mt5. That means his Mt5 is always running is that right?

I certainly believe that is right.

My understanding is that MT5 on VPS automatically inherits the Desktop MT5 configuration so, at least for set up purposes, we're back to square one.

Hi, Fernando.

I followed the steps. Unfortunately this did not work, is there any news on a fix.?

I see. I think Mt5 has upgraded their system and users do not need to keep the desktop site running for them to receive Mobile Notifications. You can explore on this if youd like

On the other hand. Seems like there are 2 problems with Mt5 now. I suppose my notification issue is different compared to the rest of the users' issue here.

We all are not receiving Mobile notification. But they are not receiving despite having their Mt5 Desktop Running. My problem is that I am not receiving Mobile Notifications and will only receive it when I run my Mt5 Desktop when I have never needed to for the past year. While they, and you included, are not receiving Notifications even with the Mt5 Desktop running. Seems to me that there are 2 separate problems now.

I was told to contact Mql Support Desk but they respond telling me they only entertain Sales Queries and was told to reach the Forum for help. But it seems like it is out of our ability since it appears to be a backend issue. How do we actually get hold of their Technical Team for this serious issue?
