I’m having the same problem with receiving notifications on my mobile app when a position opens or closes. I’ve tried everything — checked all notification settings, made sure push notifications are enabled on both MetaTrader and my phone, and even reinstalled the app — but I still don’t get any alerts.
Maybe a major metaquotes issue
It's been 2 days since the "Failed to send push notification to mobile device" issue occurred. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking ID on both VPS and PC but still failed.
How long will this issue last?
I hope the problem reaches the technicians to solve it.
Until the problem is resolved, I have enabled and sent notifications to email.

Email notifications work great. You can rely on these until the issue is resolved.
I just tried again, and it seems like push notifications to phone are working again, you should try that too.
