What legal and reliable methods are available to advertise an EA in order to increase its visibility?

I have noticed that some developers offer gifts or monthly giveaways — for example, after purchasing an EA, you automatically enter a draw at the end of the month, with the chance to win a mobile phone or even a new EA. Is this kind of promotion allowed under MQL5 rules?

Are there any other effective and practical ways to promote an EA?

If you find that some Market sellers are breaking the rules so you can write to the service desk with your technical proofs.
