Why am i not able to subscribe to any of the signals

In the   deviation/slippage   field, select an option and click   ok   in the   options   window to close it. Go to the   search area   of your mt4 platform, on the upper right corner (where the magnifying glass is), type in the name of the signal you want to subscribe and click   enter
 
I am in my real account but it just wont allow me to copy a signal on any of them,it did a couple days ago and i cancelled a signal has that anything to do with it

If you are using a broker that has different symbols (with some suffix maybe) than that of the signal provider, you may not be able to copy properly.

Select a broker/server that is compatible with the signal provider, preferably the same broker or some that other subscribers use, you can check the 'Slippage' tab of the signal for advice.

i try to copy in mt4 and on mlq5 and when i click on subscribe nothing happens,it just seems a waste of my money i put in to subscribe and as you know i cant withdraw it from the mlq5 as its not earned money,this should not really be the case you should be allowed to withdraw if you want to or have changed your mind,this is not good

Yes i did login in and pressed ok as Sergey said and still no good

Maybe you are not allowed to purchase more that one signal as i said i did purchase one and paid a months subscription and then cancelled it,maybe i need to wait a month before i can purchase another one?

I don't think that is the case.
