using more than one signal

hi, i am useing a signal on my demo account, but would like to use another one on my real account. but it wont let me copy signal. what am i doing wrong?

You can copy 1 signal per account. Do you have 2 different terminals (installations) for demo and real accounts?

no i have them on the same terminal

yeh you can used 1 signal on one trade and one account.
