I did renew my subscription, but I want to cancel that renewal
How can I cancel subscription renewal?
The old subscription is due to expire tomorrow.
A couple day ago I did renew the subscription.
I do not want to subscribe to it anymore because of my broker.
Please help me cancel this subscription

If you experience difficulties receiving signals, do not cancel the subscription and apply to Service Desk.
You said that funds will be refunded to my MQL5 account
But from that message I understand that I will be charged anyway.
How can I cancel and still have my funds refunded ?

If you subscribed for 3 months straight away, what is the renewal you are talking about?
If the 3 month subscription ends tomorrow, you will not be charged for more than these 3 months.This extension of subscription is due to start tomorrow.

I don't understand, did you subscribe for 3 months initially and you renewed for another 3 months yesterday?

If the last renewal was also for 3 months, I think that this message refers to this previous 3 month period and not the upcoming.
