Double check your credentials, the account number, password and broker/server that were sent to your email when you created your trading account.

Contact your broker is necessary, they can help you with your trading account.

I have rent [redacted] indicator for 1 month 4 days ago for [redacted]
And since I rent the mt5 terminal doesn't work 
Is it possible to get the acsess on mt4 (it's working well) instead of mt5
Please help to solve my problem
Other wise I paid [redacted] for nothing

Note: I contacting the owner of the  indicator 
And he told me that he haven't the control to do that only mql5 can do switch from mt5 to mt4 for you

The moderators do not have any say or influence. They are not support for marketplace.

Note that you can cancel and get refund for a product, IF you have not activated it, or attached it to a chart in first 7 days. There is button on your page on the site to do it yourself.
 

You renting a market product has nothing to do with the issue. You need to fix what ever it is that is preventing your network access first.

Show all relevant information in your journal log output, including any errors or warnings.

In post #5, you show that there are errors and that the community login authorization failed.

In post #7, you don't show any errors and the community login authorization succeeded.

Which is it then? Are these two different setups or the same one?
