its the same one but even when it didnt show errors it dosnt work - in the bottom in the right side its like loading the network always and the charts dosnt work dosnt moves even 

and mt4 working very well on the same pc and same connection

there is posability to make a small video and put it here to show you ?

Then you have a network problem, not a MetaTrader 5 problem. You will need to troubleshoot your computer and network setup.

There is no need for video. The situation has already been identified. It is a network issue.

Even if MT4 works, remember that MT5 uses different server connections and more modern encryption protocols, which your ISP may be blocking.

For refunds, if you have not activated within 7 days, than you can simply cancel it from your "Purchases" section on the website and you will be refunded after a set period.

Not that I knew of.
It should look like this but maybe this option is gone due to the new website software they installed during the last days.

If you still have all activations left I suggest contacting the Service Desk and they will cancel it for you.

mt5 was working until i rent the indicator 
and its already working on my android phone now
i suggest if it possible to switch the acsess for the indicator to my mt4 istead mt5

That does not make sense. Market products can't interfere with the system. Or did you perhaps buy your indicator via a 3rd party?

i mean mt5 working on my phone not the indicator which mean the problem not belong to the connection
i connect with the seller and he told me yes but only mql5 have the control and can do this

your phone will be connected to mobile data? correct? if so, then, this is completely different internet connection.

if you mean android app, then, the app uses very different connection to the trading server, therefore the 2 devices have nothing in common.

I recommend you try a different broker. If you have same 50% connection issue, then, that will confirm that your issue relates to your local connection. If you get good connection to new broker, then, it will confirm your issue is related to your first broker.

If your connection is wifi, then, stop using wifi or at least minimum add in a wifi extender that is half way between your current router and half way the distance to your trading device.
