Channels and groups in the MQL community. - page 2

Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue. My public channel 'FX Mirani Signals' (https://www.mql5.com/en/channels/02066c3a0a5cdd01) posted new messages today (2026-10-16) at 08:34, 08:59, and 10:44 PKT, but it does not appear in the 'New in chats' (New tab) section. Other channels with recent posts do appear. My channel is public, posts original English content (XAUUSD market updates, trading tips, forex news), no Telegram links in posts. Is there a specific requirement for appearing in the New section? Thank you.

I do not know any specific requirement but your channel created 2 days only and having 4 messages only - with 1 (one) total subscribers.
So, I think it is too early to be started for New section: the users should be interested in your information to subscribe.

Because "New section" is not a section for new channels. It is about new messages for any channel incl old one.

Thank you for your reply, Sergey. I have now made the channel public (MRGOLDFX: https://www.mql5.com/en/channels/011ad98d1560db01) and published a real market update post with an original chart at 16:22 today. However, the channel still does not appear in the public 'New in chats' grid — I checked all 32 cards. Could you please tell me if there is any specific issue with my channel, or anything I need to fix? I am building this channel permanently with original content. Thank you.

One more detail, Sergey: this channel is not new — it was created in January 2025 (as a private channel) and I repurposed it today as MRGOLDFX with new branding. Could the channel's age or history affect its visibility in 'New in chats'? Thank you.

It is one message for this channel only, and one subscriber.
I think - it is too early to speak about  'New in chats'.

I do not know the exact rating etc about the channels, but the channels with one message and one subscriber will be very difficult to be placed on  'New in chats'.

Some channels are having from 100K to 500K subscribers increasing every day (and many many post in a day) ... and yes - those channels are listed in  'New in chats'.
Your channel should be more developed.

Thank you, Sergey. One last question: is there a minimum number of posts or members needed for a channel to appear in 'New in chats'? I see some smaller channels there with 20-50 members. Approximately how many posts and members should I aim for? Thank you for your guidance.

Hello Sergey, thank you for your replies. I have a specific question: I can see small channels with 9-10 members and only 3-4 posts appearing in the 'New in chats' grid, but my public channel MRGOLDFX (4 posts, latest post today, 1 year old channel) does not appear there. Is there something specific about my channel that prevents it from showing in the grid? Please tell me what the issue is so I can fix it correctly. I am posting regularly and building this channel for the long term. Thank you.

I already told you here that I do not know - because all channel ratings are made by automated robot, and because I am not moderating the channels (the channels are automatically moderated).

About 4 posts totally on your 1 year old channel ... I have the channel as well, and I am manually making from 6 to 10 posts every day incl at night (with the pausing of 2 or 4 hours) ...

---------------------

If you created your channel and you do not know how to make it to be very popular and many users around the World do not care about you and your information in the channel during the whole year so it is the main question:
why did you create the channel ...

The users create the channel as additional promotional instrument - for example, you are seller in the Market or signal provider having a lot of clients and followers so you need a channel to depover the information to your people.

But you have 9-10 members only for one year ... why? It seems, you do not want to deliver the useful information for the people, and that is why they do not want to subscribe ...

---------------------

You should develop your channel more and more, and the people should like the information you are providing to them.
