Every MQL5 VPS is per trading account, and if you migrate/synchronize your chart(s) with your EA(s) with this MQL5 VPS so you may close your home computer for example. If you bought 3 MQL5 VPS so it means that you have 3 trading accounts to with them.

if your EA is having bug so it is necessary fix your EA before migrating it to the VPS.

I can't find any instructions on how to use the mt4 platform on a vps, so if anyone had any sources of information, or experience with this it would be much appreciated. Mql5 mt4 integrated vps doesn't give you real/visual access to the mt4 platform that your eas are loaded on

Read this page https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions about the following: it was changed or not, and which account to be changed to. 
And if it was changed so connect your MT5 to this other account and provide migration.
 
Hi, I have a new VPS Business Plan with MQL5, but my Packet loss fluctuates between 0.59% and 1.5% which is extremely too high. Could you please adjust it down so that I do not loose pips and trades opportunities?

"Packet loss" is a network condition - it cannot be “adjusted” manually.

MQL5 VPS provides a stable environment, but latency and packet loss depend on your broker-server and overall network route.
