Missing and unclosed trades with signal

Hi! I have subscribed to the above signal < deleted> for one week, and it has been good. But I found that some of Friday's trades were not closed. When I examined them, I found that the closing times of the previous trades were quite different from the source, but I do have VPS. And I have a few missing trades, too. My broker is Vantage and I have set the slippage at 2.0. Do I need to change the setting?

Also, what should I do with the positions? Should I let them continue to run on Monday or should I suspend the signal and close the trades manually first before restarting the signal? Thank you!

You can look at Metatrader journal (or at MQL5 VPS journal) about what was written there.
If trade is missing so it may be mapping (post #7 ), about "unclosed trades" - look at this thread Signal synchronization 

But you should check with Metatrader journal (or at MQL5 VPS journal) because everything should be written there.

Yes, you have to disable the signal subscription first and then you can modify your open orders manually.

In order to do that, you can either synchronize with your MQL5 VPS, having the: Enable realtime signal subscription, option in Signals tab, unticked, or go here and choose the suspend option on the settings wheel of your subscription.

Is there anything I can do with the "no connection" problem? Is there something wrong with my external VPS?
And I can see "symbol EURUSDm mapped to EURUSD+", but why later the symbol failed?

" skipped as no symbol found " is related to the mapping.
It is about the following (from FAQ):

The Provider has trading symbol called GOLD, and my broker has the same instrument, but it is called XAUUSD. Are trades on GOLD copied to XAUUSD in that case?

Margin calculation type is checked for each remaining symbol - if it is Forex, a symbol is considered to be suitable. Symbols of CFD, Futures or other calculation types are discarded.

If no symbols remain after conducting all the checks or more than one symbol is found, it is considered that a symbol mapping attempt has failed and it is impossible to copy Provider's trades for that symbol.

So, it is something about the specification of your EURUSd symbol (margin calculation type is not Forex according to the symbol specification),
or you have more than one EURUSD symbol proposed by your broker now.

No, it will help if you use a more compatible broker/server setup (with the same symbol suffix), contact the author/signal provider for advice.
