The fact that your other subscriptions work well and nobody else has reported a similar issue, tells us that this issue has something to do with this specific trading account or broker.
This is not a slippage problem.

- I disagree! As above - I have tried 2 different brokers and 2 different accounts for this signal.... the fault cannot be EXACTLY the same on both brokers and accounts.
It should simply open the trade at the same time as the signal trade opens (within a few ms) - not open it at the time the signal closes the trade.
Actually the log is CLEARLY saying that the signal has not been recevied from MQL5 until the trades closes - this hapaens for EVERY trade and on 2 nrokers ans 2 accounts.
I have spoken to another person who subscribed to this signal - and they got the SAME problem.
SO it MUST be the signal at fault.
How do we correct it please?

Yes, some people reported but they did not provide the proofs for delay (some delay was not a delay as the bug in signal system).
And no one will react on any technival issue without any proofs sorry.

"signal provider opened the trade at 13:28 according to the signal webpage, but the log in your computer (MQL5 VPS log) indicating that this time is 13:30 ...
Is it delay related to the signal service, or MQL5 VPS provided this delay, or his broker's "mistake"... or what to do? The signal provider is trading in scalping way so this 2 seconds is very important for me".
And ask their suggestion about this particular signal.

There is no any delay in your log (but the log = proof for the service desk).
There is 2 minutes delay in your log compared with the signal webpage.
So, ask the service desk about it.

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

The most probable reason for this is that there a wrong time entry in the signal trading history.
MQL5 VPS's journal logs are telling the absolute truth, the trade opened and closed on the same second in the signal side too, not only on your side.
Check the logs carefully, the 2 yellow lines are the times the signal provider opened and closed his position, 13:30:25:780 - 13:30:26:030, that's half a second apart!
The fact that other subscribers have similar issues with this specific signal increases my suspicions for something abnormal.
Check whether the broker is solid and trustworthy, before you start searching for other technical reasons about this.
