Sad all this....
This kind of data is quite difficult to explain. Obviously the backtests on real ticks will be different.
@prostotrader has finally clearly shown the ticks bugs on MOEX. Thank you!
Wrote to Openwash about build 3091, but I'm sure it won't help.
Almost all MT5 brokers servers are almost forced to update to b3091.

Openers responses on the build
Hello. Unfortunately we can't update to 3091 in the next few days as there were problems with the testMT5with the build 3091.
I will add that we are planning to install a patch for the SR MB gateway tomorrow for another problem, maybe it will have some effect on this one as well.
I need quotes through a gateway, not from Otkryvashka and BCS, I will try to open an account with Finam.
I also need access to this data through MQ-Demo server, where there are no mistakes on the part of the broker's admins. Well, that's if MQs want to sort it out.

Indeed the Exchange broadcasts snapshots, but the Broker doesn't have to do anything with them, just pass them on to the user!
You couldn't even read my comment correctly. The Exchange broadcasts a full orderlog to the broker. Each broker slicesthe snapshots themselves. You've pretty much "discovered" this already.

With that being said, it is impossible to find two brokers with the same tick history. However, some mistakes cannot be explained by snapshots.

The only thing that should be the same at all brokers is the contents of the table of all trades. The bid/ask is taken from the snapshots, which are different for each broker.

Are you laughing?
In that case it will be total chaos.
All data, all brokers broadcast the same, just each broker uses different channels (internet) communication!
Simply, when the rates are broadcasted, you can select their depth 5, 20, 50.
The depth of quotes is defined by the broker.
Quotes are broadcasted together with information on the instrument (table common stream FORTS_COMMON_REPL)
What are you laughing at?
Let's imagine that HFT puts inside the spread and immediately removes the limit, doing this several times every millisecond. Then not only the stack, but the bid/ask flow would be overwhelmed with traffic. To prevent this from happening, the broker makes snapshots for the quotes.

I have posted futures market documents 100 times already, but of course nobody reads them.
So the broker is not slicing anything up!!!
