About the thesis that everything new is created only collectively - let me disagree. Here is why:
The individual has always had the prerogative to invent the new. The collective has been the tool of one or a few outstanding individuals. The unique vision ofone Personality has changed the World for millennia. The collective is always less effective in terms of innovation, masterpieces. Do you want a breakthrough? - Look for a genius, and then gather a collective around him.
