Freelancing and arbitration. Something has to change, otherwise it's a dead end! - page 2

Hello!

When accepting work in Freelance a deadline of 1 day was set, the work was done and sent to the customer after which he does not appear for the seventh day. I have filed for arbitration, but I see that the problem with the missing customer in Arbitration is not resolved or I do not understand something and how to be in this situation?

Thank you for the clarification of the issue.

It's been two weeks since the last customer turned up, if he doesn't turn up at all, this job will remain unclosed...?)

Hello, Happy Holidays everyone!

There's still no customer since 2018.12.07, is that normal and what should I do? It's really a dead end...

The problem has been solved by the administrator, thank you very much!

Happy Holidays to all again!

Artyom Trishkin:

Advice for the future: Until the job is finished, give a closed code with a limit of N days of work. The missing person will come running to you. And non-missing will not notice the restriction.

After the last confirmation and payment to your account (seven days do not count) - give the finished work.

In the rules transfer work (p.5) goes before payment (p.6). Maybe then it makes sense to change their places? Otherwise, the customer confirms the demonstration, gets the source code, and then turns to the arbitration with nagging not to pay. Although he could say everything before the confirmation of the demonstration. Or still work not by the rules, but as suggested above?

P.S. Arbitration hangs almost a month. Periodically, as the option is offered to close and get a waiver. How much longer will it last?

No one seems to care about arbitration - the client got a result and the administration benefits from keeping the money longer. There is no other explanation as to why the case has not been resolved for a month and a half.

Arbitrage is now a total +++. It is unclear what they charge for, the answers are very long.
Before, of course, it was full of inadequates with controversial and frankly erroneous decisions, but things were moving along.
But now you have to wait for the administrator to write something for a week.
And for 10%?

Write to Service Desk. Your customer has already done so. I watched your epic the day before yesterday and decided that the weekend is more expensive.

That is:

  • build a marketplace
  • put together a huge ecosystem
  • bring customers and performers together
  • To provide the entire financial system, including guarantees, to lose quite a lot of company's money on it.
  • to introduce free arbitrage and waste of our employees' time.
  • and not pay 10% for it?

In this service, not even 30% of our costs can be recouped.

At least do some economic analysis.

You should at least include some economic analysis.

1) The market has nothing to do with the freelancing section. It does not help or hinder it at all. In addition, it (the market) has recently started to get feces all over it, but you do not react to it in any way.
2) "Ecosystem" does not contribute anything at this stage either. Your freelance section had a 10% coverage of the mql freelance market and still does, nothing has changed.
I haven't seen any advertisement of the freelance section anywhere, it seems all clients appear here by gravity. The vast majority of MT4/5 users do not even know about the existence of this resource. So they sit on the blue and red forums.
3) As we see, at this stage, arbitrage is nothing, waiting for a reply for weeks. Although even before it worked disgustingly. Not only employees did not check the completed work but they did not even read the terms of reference.

You earn first of all from the MT4 MT5 server part. It is clear that part of that money goes to maintain the ecosystem.
Is it really so much that 1-2 competent members are not enough to respond in time to them, at least for 2 days?
At the same time 10% will be enough to pay their salaries + taxes and still there will be a lot left over.

If there are so many arbitrators, should we finally pay attention to those who carry out orders there? Finally introduce some kind of certification to get rid of really sad performers?
