It seems to be working. Today I withdrew money that had been lying there for two years. It came instantly to Tinkov. Although there were still some issues. I logged into my account and immediately got a message: "Your documents have expired, you need to re-validate. I went to validate - "Service is temporarily unavailable. I wrote a letter and they replied that everything was fine and "don't pay any attention to the messages".
 

I still can't withdraw money from my account, can you guys?
